I have found that changing the things that I ate made a huge difference in my disease. The certain foods that made me swell up I stopped eating. I then broadened my diet, and started giving my body what it needed to get well. The cause of Rheumatiod Arthritis, and many immune system diseases, like Lupus, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Sjogren's Syndrom, has not been pin pointed to one exact thing. Many do know that invading bacteria and yeast cause the condition to worsen, or attack the weakened member of the body.
